Processing Times
Processing time is the time between your order being placed and your order being dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, penalties, or other charges imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is held by customs due to any reason including customer request, missing documents, or unpaid charges, Mira Art Collection will not be responsible for the delay, release process, penalties, or any additional costs. All applicable charges must be paid by the customer. - Shipping Company may contact you via Email or SMS directly to arrange duty payment before delivery.
Issues & Claims

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be shared manually with you via:

Customers are required to track their shipment using the official website of the respective courier company.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Custom clearance procedures
- Weather conditions
- Incomplete import documentation from the customer
- Courier service issues
- Unforeseen international shipping disruptions
Lost, Stolen, or Held Shipments
Mira Art Collection is not liable for:
- Lost parcels
- Stolen shipments
- Packages held by customs
However, we will provide full assistance and required documents to help resolve the issue with the courier company.
Incorrect Shipping Details
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Reshipping charges may apply.
