Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mira Art Collection. Due to the nature of gemstones and jewelry, our return and refund policy is defined below for customers in the USA, UK, and worldwide.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the item delivered is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect item received

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with complete original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Made-to-order products
  • Certified gemstones
  • Items purchased during special sales or discounts
  • Items damaged due to customer handling

3. Return Request Time

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper opening video and clear images as proof to request a return.

4. Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved by our team before sending the item back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping, Duties & Charges

All return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and any other applicable fees must be paid by the customer.

If any customs duty or additional charges are paid by Mira Art Collection to receive the returned shipment, the same amount will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

6. Refund Process

  • Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time for refunds is 5 – 10 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Payment gateway transaction charges

In case of any refund, the payment gateway fees and transaction charges (charged to us at the time of receiving the payment) will be deducted from the total refund amount. The customer agrees to bear these charges.

8. International Returns

Customers are responsible for properly declaring the return shipment. We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Lost return shipments
  • Unpaid customs charges

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

10. Non-Delivery / Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses to accept the shipment or fails to clear customs, no refund will be issued.

11. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
